An acceptable budget stay in an inconvenient location.
This is a very affordable place to stay, expect no frills. With that said, facilities and service delivery are acceptable for the budget oriented traveler on short stays. The kitchen area remains open till late, so a late check-in will fit you in with a square meal. And their cooking is on point. WiFi is also suspiciously good, You'll be able to get solid work done. Expect a solid connection throughout the property.
It's location. Expect nasty traffic in the morning hours. Cleanliness, especially in the rooms could do better. The showers are underwhelming. Great when they work, albeit with very low water pressure and hard to dial settings.
